本作は、精緻な彫刻が施された堆朱の四方形蓋付盒である。蓋面左側には優雅に翼を広げた鳳凰が、右側には鳳凰に向かい合うように花卉が繊細に表され、鳳凰の長い尾は蓋の形に沿うように優美な曲線を描いている。密集する花々の中を舞う鳳凰の姿が、華麗で躍動感に満ちた構図をあらわす。漆器の保存状態は良好であり、高度な漆工技法を今に伝える優れた作品である。

本件为一件雕工精美的朱漆堆朱四方盖盒。盒盖左侧雕有一只展翅优雅的凤凰，右侧则雕刻着与凤凰相对的花卉图案。凤凰的长尾顺着盒盖的轮廓优美地弯曲，与整体构图浑然一体。凤凰翱翔于繁密的花丛之间，构成了一幅华丽而充满动感的画面。漆器保存状况良好，充分体现了当时高超的漆雕工艺水平，是一件传世佳作。

A finely carved cinnabar lacquer square box with a cover. On the left side of the lid, an elegant phoenix is depicted with outstretched wings, while on the right, delicate floral motifs are rendered facing the phoenix. The phoenix’s long tail curves gracefully along the contour of the lid, seamlessly integrated into the composition. The phoenix, soaring amidst a dense profusion of flowers, creates a splendid and dynamic visual scene. The lacquer is in great condition, exemplifying the superb craftsmanship and sophisticated lacquer carving techniques of its time.
